How long does Shipping Take?

At Saint N Mike all our orders are processed and shipped anywhere between 5 to 10 business days of you placing the orders using our selected carrier services, depending on your location and fastest available service.

What is the Standard Shipping time?

Typical delivery timeframe is 5 to 15 business days (this timeframe includes international orders) however you may receive your items much earlier, we would like to give you the most exact and realistic timelines to maintain our integrity while you are placing your orders.

How can I Track my Shipping?

Is Shipping Time affected Due to COVID-19?

We have seen that some products are experiencing more than usual to process but we are happy to let you know our shipment times have return to alignment with our Shipping times. If any further questions, please do not hesitate to email SUPPORT@SAINTNMIKE.COM

Do I have to Pay Custom Charges?

This is individual to every country and is a Case by Case matter, we have not seen any Custom Charges for our products delivered so far; Please check your countries policy to ensure there is no unexpected charges. There would usually be a Note posted at your residence door letting you know of this charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any customs related charges.

Can I change order details or make changes to the Shipping Address?

Here at SAINT N MIKE, we make sure to carry out a smooth Shipping address; If Changes or cancellations are required please reach out to us ASAP ( ideally within 24 Hours); There have been certain times where we have been able to intersect and make the necessary amendments, but this something hard to promise as if the product might show up as processing but in actuality could have been shipping , this is simply due to shipping timings and tracker not being in perfect alignment. Do you Ship to the Middle East or African Countries?

Depending on the product certain countries might not work with Shipping providers or they might have a high cost for Shipping, please reach out to us if you feel so before placing an order and we will provide you the necessary information around your countries shipping acceptance logistics and the Charges.

Some of my products are missing from my order?

Please let us know right away when you experience this and send us a photo/picture of for verification and we will get this taken care of for you at our earliest convenience.

Are the Plastic water Bottles sold in SAINT N MIKE BPA Free?

Of course, all our pet products which have direct interaction for pet food consumption is have been confirmed as BPA Free.

I see a product has been Sold out can I pre order or can you Notify me?

Yes of course, all the Sold-out products do have a notify me feature on the product page where you can provide your email and we will try our best to work with you to get you the product.

Does battery or supporting Tools come with the products that require them?

If not explicitly mentioned on our product page, we do not ship batteries or tools such screw drivers. If you need any clarification with respect to the type of Battery or Tools required to use the product , please reach out to us at SUPPORT@SAINTNMIKE.COM

Can I request a product that I would like to see be sold on the site?
